GAWP® TERMS OF SERVICE
(Includes Refund Policy & Creator Obligations)
Last updated: 25 November 2025
Welcome to GAWP®. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GAWP® platform, website, and related services (“GAWP”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use GAWP®.
1. What GAWP Is
GAWP® is a digital subscription service that allows viewers (“Viewers”) to access live screen-sharing channels broadcast by creators (“Creators”). GAWP® is the merchant of record for all viewer subscription payments.
GAWP® provides digital access only. We do not sell physical products.
2. Eligibility
You must be:
- at least 16 years old, or
- the legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into online agreements.
If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Creators must be at least 18 years old.
3. Your GAWP® Account
You agree to:
- provide accurate information
- keep your account secure
- not share your password
- not impersonate anyone
- not create accounts for unlawful purposes
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
4.1 Viewer Subscriptions
Viewers may purchase a subscription granting access to one or more creator channels. Access continues until cancelled.
4.2 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew each billing period (e.g. monthly) until cancelled.
4.3 Payment Processor
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, acting as the merchant of record for GAWP®. You acknowledge that Paddle is responsible for billing, invoicing, tax collection, and applicable receipts.
5. Refund Policy
Because GAWP® provides immediate access to digital content, all subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of technical failure caused by GAWP®.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Access begins immediately when you subscribe
- You lose the statutory right to cancel digital content once access starts
- Partial refunds for unused billing periods are not provided
If GAWP® experiences a confirmed system-wide technical fault that prevents access, we may offer a remedy at our discretion.
Creators are not responsible for refunds. All refund enquiries must be directed to GAWP® Support.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your GAWP® account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund previous charges.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- stream, share, or upload adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
- stream video content from subscription platforms (e.g. Netflix, Amazon, etc.)
- stream illegal content or unlawful activity
- harass or abuse other users
- attempt to access systems without authorisation
- use GAWP® for activities that violate Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policy
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating these rules.
8. Creator Obligations (Important)
Creators on GAWP® agree to the following:
8.1 You may only stream content you have created yourself or have rights to share
This includes (but is not limited to):
- novels, manuscripts, chapters
- design work
- coding
- emails or admin workflows
Creators must NOT stream:
- films, TV, sports broadcasts, or copyrighted media they do not own in full or in any substantial part
- adult or pornographic material
- live streams of other creators’ content
- confidential or private information belonging to others
- illegal content of any kind
Fair Use / Limited Referencing of Third-Party Content
Creators may display small portions of third-party content only where all of the following conditions are met:
- The use is genuinely transformative – e.g. commentary, criticism, analysis, education, or demonstration.
- The content shown is limited and non-substitutive – no long clips, no full-screen playback, no uninterrupted viewing.
- The creator must add their own input – commentary, teaching, review, critique, explanation, etc.
- Viewers cannot experience the third-party content as a replacement for the original – GAWP® cannot be used to “watch” movies, TV shows, sports, or premium content.
- The creator must stop the stream immediately if the copyright owner requests removal.
GAWP® reserves the right to determine whether a use is excessive, non-transformative, or a violation of copyright. GAWP® may remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion.
8.2 You are not selling content through Paddle
All viewer payments are made to GAWP®, not to you.
Creators receive payouts separately through GAWP®’s internal system.
8.3 No adult content
GAWP® is strictly non-adult. Violation results in immediate suspension.
8.4 Professional behaviour
Creators must behave respectfully and lawfully when interacting with viewers.
9. Intellectual Property
GAWP® owns:
- the platform
- the website
- branding, trademarks, and design
- technology infrastructure
Creators retain ownership of their own work. Viewers receive a non-transferable licence to view streams.
Recording, copying, sharing, or redistributing GAWP streams without permission is prohibited.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- violate this agreement
- break the law
- cause harm to the platform or its users
- engage in adult or prohibited content
We may also block access to prevent fraud, misuse, or security risks.
11. Limitation of Liability
GAWP® is provided “as is”, without guarantees.
We are not liable for:
- creator conduct
- user behaviour
- interruptions or delays
- loss of revenue, profits, or opportunities
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
